Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do take utmost care to inspect each product before we ship it to our customers, also every product we procure from manufacturers have also passed our own rigorous quality check. This gives us confidence to claim that the chances of receiving a defective item is rare. However, in case you still receive any order which is defective or damage during shipping or if you receive a wrong item, email us immediately at customercare@hanselngretel.in or Whatsapp us on customer care number 7208549466. Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We have taken utmost care to accurately describe the products, showcase their features on the website as well as provide accurate size charts for every design. We do expect very low tolerance issues in measurements and we request our informed parents to always opt for growing sizes. You can still opt for exchange if there are issues with fit or if you feel the product does not meet your expectation.

However we would request you to be mindful of the fact that our collection is very fast moving and we may not be able to promise availability of the exchange item if you wish to place the exchange order after the refund is processed. The safest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new/exchange item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Special Note for Tailoring Discount Items

On few products, for instance on ethnic wear, there would be offers to avail tailoring discounts which we offer to help compensate you to get the sleeves fitted or to do any minor tucks/refitting from your local tailor. While purchasing such products, we would request our informed customers to opt for a growing size because these orders are not refundable.
